The Department of Veterans Affairs, South VA Health Care System is soliciting proposals to provide Medical Courier Services IAW the Statement of Work. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about May 6, 2024, with a closing date for proposals on or about May 20, 2024. The solicitation will be available for download from Contract Opportunities at SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities. Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021) is included in this solicitation. Evaluation factors for the solicitation are Technical, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than Price. Past performance will be assessed with separate relevancy ratings and confidence ratings assessments. Offeror is to provide Past Performance References: 2 Government, 1 Private. Technical will be assessed by the offeror s ability, as reflected in the proposal, to satisfy the Government s requirements. Technical will be assessed with combined technical/risk ratings. The offeror s technical ability to meet the requirements be based on the offeror s responses to the items identified in the provision at FAR 52.212-2. The NAICS Code is 492110. The solicitation will be issued as an SDVOSB set-aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) data base at sam.gov. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
