This notice is intended strictly for market research. Responses are being sought from qualified businesses capable of providing the required services outlined below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems with a small business size standard of $41 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 is seeking: one (1) PORTABLE REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM. Delivery location is STXVHCS, 7400 Merton Mentor, H018, San Antonio, Texas 78238, with anticipated delivery 30 days ARO. Contractor shall be responsible for the unloading, moving, rigging into position and anchoring equipment. Provide equipment and instrumentation quality assurance check on site. Interconnecting piping between equipment skids and ship loose components. Supply of anchoring bolts for all seismic-anchored equipment (make-up only). Wiring of loose instruments to control panels and between skids for alarms, interlocks, etc. All conduit and inter-connect wiring. Field testing of unit assemblies, system startup, and training of operators. Please see attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for additional details.
