This market research notice is being conducted by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 5441 Babcock Road STE. 302 San Antonio TX 78240 for the procurement of the C-Mill VR+ Treadmill. The Government intends to solely negotiate with DIH Technology, Inc 77 Accord Park Dr., Suite D-1, Norwell, MA 02061 Background and Requirement: Dallas VA Medical Health Care System. The C-Mill VR+ Treadmill for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation including all the required components, accessories, and supplies are listed within the Salient Characteristics. This equipment for proposed is the C-Mill VR+ Treadmill. The vendor shall provide on-site setup at the service location indicated by the assigned service POC. This equipment must be able to perform the following functions. The C-Mill VR+ (Body Weight Support Treadmill with VR) must be Plastic, metal, for the C-Mill VR+: 1 wall outlet NEMA 6-20R supplying a stable 208V-20A power supply, For the BWS: 1 wall outlet NEMA 5-15R supplying a stable 115V-15A power supply. 15.35ft long x 9.02ft wide x 8.86ft and Patient care Body weight support gait trainer. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: C-Mill VR+ Treadmill must meet the following system is designed for the following environmental conditions: Temperature: 5°C - 30°C. Humidity: 10% - 90% relative air humidity. Air pressure: 500hPa 1060hPa. 2.5 Lightening. During operation the lighting in the room must be dimmed. Therefore, it is recommended to install remote controlled dim lights. Also, when there are windows in the room, (remote controlled) shutters should be installed to shield the room from incoming daylight. This is required for optimal projections on the treadmill belt surface. Patient care gait training. C-mill VR +300x100cm with BWS option. Set-up. All preparation necessarily required to ready the C-Mill VR+ Treadmill for operation (set-up and training). Post installation inspection. Pick up old Lokomat and treadmill for trade-in. COTR will verify that required specifications are met and testing will be performed as necessary to meet VA and vendor requirements.
