I do not know which contractor used the drone for pictures and they did it on their own time. 2. The SOW at the bottom of pg 4 of 9 states that we must include Full time jobsite inspection and reports must be included from material manufacturer s representative to ensure repairs are done correctly . Manufacturer s do not typically provide full time inspection, if required that would typically be handled by a 3rd party independent inspector hired by the Owner or General Contractor to avoid a conflict of interest. How are we to comply with this stipulation? The inspection will need to be a third-party inspector, and this is the contractor responsibility and a report is required.

The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) currently has a requirement for a project to Repair the Roof of Building 202. 36C257-24-R-0054 The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Temple VAMC, currently has a requirement to Repair the Roof of Building 202 in Temple, TX, located at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. This project aims to upgrade the antiquated system. The purpose of this project is to provide labor, materials and equipment for the services required to repair roof leaks, rusted areas, replace gutters and other problem areas on center section of building 202. Contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to complete project Repair the Roof of Building 202 as required by drawings and specifications. All necessary testing and commissioning are required. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19 M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.
