Piedras St, EL Paso, TX 79930. EL Paso Health Care System needs to upgrade the access control system software to facilitate additional hardware license. This is required to meet Physical Security requirements as outlined in VA Handbook 0730/4, Appendix B. This project will also update the Software Service Agreement on the CCURE Operating System.
