Page 2 of 2 Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to repair and renovate existing Hospital cold storage room and to provide and install any items not repairable, to make the room fully operational. Location of this project is the Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E. 9th Street, Bonham, Texas 75418. Building 1, First floor, room 177. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to repair and renovate existing hospital cold storage room, size: 7 x14 6 x7 10 ; and to provide any associated components. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Work includes general construction, alterations, electrical, plumbing, and related work for build back. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 236220, $45M. The magnitude of the construction estimate cost range: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
