The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide Long-Term On-Site Neuromonitoring Services on an as needed basis to Veteran beneficiaries at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VANTHCS), 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas 75216. Services shall include Neuromonitoring Equipment and Technicians for an average of 100 cases per year including intraoperative, preoperative, postoperative, and operating room neurophysiologic monitoring procedures. The description of services contained herein does not constitute the complete description of the contractor s anticipated obligations. The intended period of performance shall be for one base year, and four one-year option periods.
