The FIT is an automated assay for the detection of Hemoglobin in the feces from the colon and rectum that eliminates the need for patient dietary restrictions. As part of the Cost Per Test agreement the contractor shall provide two analyzers and all reagents, supplies and service/maintenance as part of a cost per test agreement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work, provide a letter of authorization to distribute and provide maintenance services (if not the manufacturer). Offerors are to provide a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this clause.
