Page 2 of 2 Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to repair perimeter fencing and to restore like new at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to demolish and remove existing 41 x 38 concrete and mow strip, 18 x 18 masonry footing and 7 each posts embedded in concrete. Contractor shall replace with 7 each post holes and set in concrete; pour new mow strip, install new matching square masonry column with stone cap, install matching Ameristar ornamental panels . All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, and Drawings. Work includes general construction, alterations, perimeter fence and pouring cement, and related work for build back. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility.
