PLEASE see Q&A from Industry and Gov. response The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade the outdated physical security system for El Paso VA Health Care System (EPV AHCS) at the Las Cruces CBOC #2 located at 675 Avenida de Mesilla, Las Cruces, NM 88005. This requires a complete replacement and removal of the outdated physical security systems within Las Cruces CBOC #2. This includes the purchase of security equipment with minor installation and initial reprogramming and removal of older systems to fully upgrade their physical security systems to mitigate risk based on Unauthorized Entry – Forced & Surreptitious and Breach of Access Control Point – Covert & Overt.
