All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as certified on the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) located at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program.
