THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE for 36C25724Q0384 BSL3 HVAC Controls Replacement The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) currently has a need of having the controls for the HVAC for the BSL-3 Lab replaced and a Request for Quotes IS TO BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 3/21/2024. SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, management, and lodging necessary to perform HVAC control duties. Contractor shall provide installation work, tie-ins, modulation, parts, and materials, needed to provide a fully functioning and working air handler unit. Contractor shall also provide certification of the lab. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $19 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.
