Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 is seeking information in response to this Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. Interested Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Small Business Administration Section 8a, Women-Owned, and other socio-economically disadvantaged small businesses who believe they possess the experience and qualifications to successfully perform the scope of work described below are encouraged to respond in order for us to make a set-aside determination. This project has specific experience and qualification requirements as described in the below summary of the project scope. Summary of Project Scope The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision for Special Mode of Transportation Service Ambulance Transportation Services for the El paso Texas area. See attached Performance Work Statement. All responses to this notice should provide the following information: Name and address of company Name and phone number of contact person Socio-economic status of the business Contractor s Unique Entity ID (UEI) as registered in SAM.gov Number of Ambulance Vans available for transportation NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This Source Sought Notice is solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Responses to this notice are not considered offers, shall not be used as a proposal, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kinds of offers will be considered in response to this notice. No evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents.
