Notice of Intent The purpose of this contract is to establish a standing maintenance program for the SaniPak machine. This contract provides for a factory trained service technician to conduct the Preventative Maintenance at an interval of your choice. V.A.M.C. Dallas must keep spare parts kit on hand as specified by San-IÂ Pak, Inc. If this applies to your company, please submit an email with your certifications or documents to show you are a trained service technician by Tuesday, October 31, 2023 by 3:00pm cst.
