As part of its Market Research, NCO 17 is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing Therapy Pool Services and Maintenance as further described in the drafted Scope of Work (SOW). The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible SOW and may vary from final SOW included in any Request for Quote (RFQ). Place of Performance: Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Building 74, Dallas, TX 75216 There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 561790, Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings, with Small Business size of $9.0 Million.
