GENERAL INFORMATION El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS), Education services requires one new compression device to educate and to save lives by improving quality CPR. In the long term, this equipment will have an impact on providers s safety and quality of care. The service requires one Chest Compression System and must include a desktop battery charger, external power supply, and a Battery Dark Grey rechargeable. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112- Surgical and Medical Instruments, Service Code (PSC) is 6515- Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), DUNS Number, address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar services have been provided to. Contractors should provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Contract Opportunities website https://sam.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the response to this announcement. It must achieve at least a 102 +/- two compressions per minute Must increase the overall blood flow to the brain ( to more than 58%) IT must have a Hard Shell Case, Slim Back Plate (QTY: 2) Patient Straps (QTY: 1) Stabilization Strap (QTY: 2) Suction cups (QTY:1) Rechargeable Battery Distinctive eye shields block distracting glare of outside light Battery Charger: (QTY:1) Desk-Top Battery Charger / Voltage: 25.9V dimensions: 13.0x8.8x5.7cm Weight of device with battery: 8.0kg battery weight: 0.6kg Battery type: rechargeable lithium ion polymer battery capacity : 3300 mAh, 86 wh Run time: 45 min, extended when connected to power supply Power Supply: (QTY:1) External power supply w/ Charging in device using external power supply: less than 2 hr at room temp Power supply output: 24C DC, 4.2A Power supply input: 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 2.3A, Class II Battery Rechargeable: (QTY:1) Lithium Polymer Rechargeable Battery. Battery run time 45 min. Charged in external battery charger- less than 4 hrs at room temp. Recommended to replace battery every 3-4 hrs or after 200 uses of more than 10 min each time. 2. Identify any other companies owned (wholly or in-part) by the owners of this business who provide goods or services that are registered under the same or a related NAICS code with the Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE); Provide the certification type (SDVOSB/VOSB), Federal Identification Number, and state of incorporation for each. 3.
