Amendment 0004 - To post responses to additional RFI questions, to update the Bid Opening instructions; and to extend the Bid Closing Date to December 12, 2023 by10:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST). Contractor shall provide construction services for the relocation of the existing panel annunciators from room A101 to A308A of the EPVAHCS main clinic and retrofit the existing annunciating panels as needed to leave a fully operational annunciation system. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on 10/2/2023, at 10:00 AM MDT. All interested contractors shall meet at the El Paso VA Main Facility Clinic, Maintenance and Operations Shop Building 7781, Break / Conference Room 108, 5001 North Piedras Street, El Paso, Texas 79930.
