PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to perform the required work to replace windows in Building 1 per the plans and specifications. Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 519-22-400 Replace Windows in Building 1 . The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. The location of this project is building 1 at the Big Spring Location of the West Texas VA Health Care System.
