The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources to provide comprehensive and preventative maintenance and unscheduled corrective maintenance for refrigeration systems. Corpus Christi, TX. 78405 See referenced attachments for description of work: Statement of Work (Draft) Period of Performance: Base Year plus 4-year optional renewals beginning at contract award. Overview: The work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, support services, inspection, alterations, calibration, and administration. All required documentation will be provided and updated by the Contractor as devices are inspected, serviced, or repaired. They shall be submitted in the form of secure internet-based database, hard copy, and/or e-copy formats. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, supplies, facilities, supervision, other items, and non-personal services necessary to perform refrigeration system inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services as defined in this Statement of Work. This contract calls for the 100% inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of all associated devices in compliance with applicable and up to date requirements. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists currently. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The acquisition strategy will be decided based on responses and other market research efforts. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or cost incurred in response to this announcement shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
