This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C25723Q1320 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The large capacity reach-in CO2 Laboratory Incubator being requested are for the West Texas VA Health Care System laboratory, located at: Department of Veterans Affairs Laboratory Dept. 300 W. Veterans Blvd. Bldg. 300, Room 232 Big Spring TX 79720 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria are technical acceptability and price. Under technical includes the ability to provide all of the requested items in accordance with the Statement of Work and meet the minimum criteria listed under the clause in the attached solicitation.
