PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 8/17/2023. PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to level approximately 400 square feet of concrete sidewalk and ramp in front of the building 33, building 9 and at the loading dock of building 28 at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. This project will lift and repair the designated concrete in areas to stabilize the level to the adjacent concrete appropriately with joint sealants to provide walking and wheelchair accessibility as well as the drainage of water away from the buildings. The project will be done in accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 with a small business size standard of $19M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Per FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00 Dollars.
