All respondents must ha... This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for a Small Business. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous and best value to the Government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. The Evaluation Factors are listed in descending order of importance with Factor 1 (Technical) being most important, Factor 2 (Past Performance) of slightly less importance, and Factor 3 (Price). The Technical and Past Performance factors, when combined, are more important than the Price Factor; however, the Price Factor will contribute substantially to the selection decision. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for Reverse Osmosis System Preventative Maintenance and Service Calls that meet the requirements of the SOW. This will be a base plus four (4) Option Year (OY) contract with an anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) of: Base Year: November 1, 2023 October 31, 2024 OY1: November 1, 2024 October 31, 2025 OY 2: November 1, 2025 October 31, 2026 OY 3: November 1, 2026 October 31, 2027 OY 4: November 1, 2027 October 31, 2028 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services as required for preventative maintenance and unscheduled corrective maintenance or repairs for Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). Please include in your questions the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing. The Government reserves the right to not answer questions not meeting this timeline if doing so would result in an amendment requiring an extension of the solicitation and to extend would not be in the best interest of the Government. All responses to questions, which may affect offers, will be incorporated into a written amendment to the Request for Quote.
