The VA Central Texas Health Care System has established an ongoing requirement that requires a contractor to provide Medical Grade Bulk Liquid Oxygen. The Contractor shall provide all needed components to support a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) medical grade bulk liquid oxygen tank system in compliance with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 99: Health Care Facilities Code. Additionally, the Contractor must utilize an off-site, automatic monitoring system (telemetry system) that independently monitors the system and notifies the Contractor when refills are required.
