The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VHA Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), El Paso, TX, intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for community based Transitional Housing and Supportive Services for Homeless Veterans in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs, North Texas Veterans Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216. The term of contract is (1) Base Year with (4) Option Years if the requirement continues to exist. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available 30 June 2023, or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Prospective Offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the SAM website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quote, Offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work and terms and conditions of the requirement(s). The VA anticipates issuing a 100% Unrestricted solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation will be available for download from SAM.gov | Home. Interested Vendors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation will provide instructions to Vendors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the SAM website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at SAM.gov | Home. Note: Vendors that submit offers and are not registered within (SAM) under NAICS 624221 will be considered non-responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624221 (Temporary Shelters) with a Small Business Size Standard of $13.5 Million. The classification code is: G004 / Social Social Rehabilitation Note: This is not a solicitation.
