The Amarillo Veterans Health Care System located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106, intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price award for the purchase of subsistence dairy. The acquisition will take place under the authority of FAR part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The VA is seeking Small Business concerns, who can provide fresh products from 10/01/2023 -09/30/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 311511 Fluid Milk Manufacturing. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 3:00 PM EST (2:00 PM CST), 06/14/2023. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of equipment that meets or exceeds the capabilities needed. Notification shall be e-mailed or faxed to Maria Orosco-Hofmann, Contract Specialist, maria.hofmannn@va.gov Please note that all items must be new; refurbished or used items will not be accepted. Contractors must be authorized distributors/deals; no grey market items will be accepted.
