Sample reports need to be provided in a format that can be copied into the VHA Legionella sampling results reporting form. Our laboratory sends out two reports. The first one is a PDF with location specifics, detection limits, method used, Legionella results as cfu/mL. The second is the WSMT spreadsheet that will also contain location specifics, temperature, pH, biocide and an indication of Legionella positives as yes/no.
