Statement of Work (Draft) Period of Performance: 120 Within Days After Award Overview: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision to provide 1. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to replace 8 Chill Water Actuator to Proportional. All actuators shall have an add flow meter, an add controller and panels. Also, the contractor must program the flow meters to have the right settings program to the correct sequences. The contractor will need a certified Johnson Controls International (JCI) Technician to program and connect to Johnson Controls Metasys to the Building Automation Control System & verify functionality.
