The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The contractor shall provide communication services to request feedback from registered Veterans of the VA North Texas Health Care System. These services will be used at North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTVHCS), Dallas, Texas. The government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) single award Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract as a result of this RFQ. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 516210 Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and Other Media Networks and Content Providers (PSC) is R708 Support- Management: Public Relations. Responses to this notice shall include company/individual name, size status for the above reference NAICS code, a service capability statement, SAM Entity Unique Identifier (EUI), DUNS Number, address, point of contact and examples of similar facilities to which similar services have been provided to. Contractors should provide information on whether they are certified SDVOSB, VOSB, Hub zone, 8(a), women-owned concern. If standard company brochures will be provided as a response to this Source Sought, ensure that additional information tailored to this notice is included. All interested parties shall provide a quote for the following: 1. Capability Statements, if considering sub-contracting state so in your response and include sub-contractor information to include SAM EUI and name. 2. The Contractor shall provide a multimedia communications solution that offers telephone communications to a Veteran audience for the purposes of Town Hall Meetings. The telecommunication solution using telephone technology needs to have the capability of dialing out to thousands of audience members at once, Veteran caller participants would then have access to listen to a live audio meeting, ask questions to screeners, and participate in polls. Vendor software platform shall allow the following: 10,000 Participant dial-in Capability Event Planning, Customer Support and Training Secure, Toll-Free Recording Line to Record Messages One Outbound Pre-Event Invitation Call, including all Inbound Minutes Outbound Event List Calling up to 10,000 Numbers Audio Streaming and Event Specialist to Management Q&A and Polling, Post Call Recording, and Standard Real-Time Statistics and Reporting Two Professional Screeners to Screen Questions See the SOW for additional information DISCLAIMER The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred by respondents regarding any responses to this notice.
