The consultant(s) will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and other items as required to provide the Atlanta VA Medical Center (ATGVAMC) Boiler Plant with site-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), detailed in Scope, and corresponding training service for ATGVAMC staff. The developed procedures and training will conform to VHA Directive 1810(1), Boiler and Boiler Plant Operations, dated September 11, 2018; VHA Boiler and Associated Plant Safety Device Testing Manual, Fifth Edition, dated December 2018; and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations. The consultant(s) must be certified and credentialed as consultant(s) of the Boiler Efficiency Institute (BEI).
