Contractor shall guarantee 24/7 access for STVHCS users to online information databases (journals, books) with one-click access to full text collections (databases) and management services for researchers and medical teams. Contractor shall troubleshoot access issues, notify us of resource updates and system upgrades, and provide virtual or telephonic instruction (as appropriate) on how to navigate and get the most from their online resources. The Publishing Package shall includes: Dentistry and Oral Science Source Information Systems Officer, Information Protection: The contractor shall not have access to VA Desktop computers, nor will they have access to online resources belonging to the government while conducting services. Privacy Officer: The contractor shall not have access to patient health information (PHI) nor will they have the capability of accessing patient information during the services provided to the VA. Records Manager: There will be no federal records created, maintained, used or dispositioned with this contract; regardless of format (paper, electronic, etc.) or mode of transmission (e-mail, fax, etc.). a.
