The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources to Window Cleaning Services for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504 (Bell County) and CTVHCS Doris Miller Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, TX 76711(McLennan County). Statement of Work (Draft) Period of Performance: Base Year plus 4-year optional renewals beginning at contract award. Overview: The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision to provide window washing services by means of a firm-fixed price contract, base plus four (4) option years, for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Olin E. Teague Veterans' Medical Center, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504 (Bell County) and CTVHCS Doris Miller Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, TX 76711(McLennan County). This includes all equipment required by contractor to reach heights of all windows and aluminum screens. Razor blades or sharp scrapers shall not be used on the exterior windows that are made of lexan. Special care must be adhered to in the cleaning of Lexan glass; The contractor shall ensure that all work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals.
