Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville Texas 75134 The requirement is for the replacement of the South Texas veteran Healthcare System current C-Cure 9000 PACS with a turn-key PACS. Statement of Work (SOW) Facility Drawings A102 First Floor, A102 Second Floor, A102 Third Floor, Victoria OPC, Villa Serena, North Central Federal Building, and Victoria Architect Drawing. FIPS 201 Approved Product List Physical Access Control Components documents VA 0735 Directive Audie/Fisher house and Kerrville will be provided later. If this is a service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:00 PM Central Time on Wednesday, 25 January 2023. A site visit is encouraged as part of this sources sought and market research, see additional site visit guidance in the SOW. Prospective Offerors are responsible for ALL expenses relate to a site visit. The intent of this notice is to establish sources to define the procurement strategy (e.g set-aside, sole source, unrestricted) for a solicitation that VA intends to post soon. Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following: a. If you have an existing GSA or VA, Federal Supply Schedule contract, include the contract details in your response. Please note that VA is particularly interested in determining the availability of Small Business that can provide this service. Vendors are requested to submit estimated market research pricing with their responses. The estimated pricing will be considered when determining the procurement strategy for the future solicitation. (e.g. if CO determines that capable small businesses cannot provide fair and reasonable pricing, then the solicitation will not be set-aside).
