The Contractor shall provide for the West Texas Veterans Affairs Health Care system (WTVAHCS) Courier services to transport laboratory specimens, supplies, medical equipment, records, miscellaneous items, and mail to and from WTVAHCS s VA Clinics and the WTVAHCS Medical Center main campus. Service shall also include occasional courier service between each of the VA Clinics. These services are to be provided through the base year, with the Government's option to exercise up to four, one year renewal periods in accordance with all the terms, conditions, provisions, and schedule of this solicitation.
