The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items necessary to provide the window cleaning services by means of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract for the North Texas Health Care System. The contractor shall ensure that all work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State, and local ordinances. Contractor shall be required to clean the exterior of the windows not the interior.
