THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 10/17/2022. The Central Texas VA Health Care System (CTXVAHCS) currently has a requirement for an awning installation outside of the Laundry Building 226. 36C25723Q0036 The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the services to install a new tin roof (r/Panel/Standing Seem roof awning that will match existing roof), outside of Building 226. Services will be performed at the Doris Miller VA Medical Facility in Waco, on 4800 Veterans Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711 in Building 226. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Makarim Abdul-Jabbar. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
