Agreement for Procurement of Reagents, Kits, and Supplies for Microbiology, Immunology, Histology and Molecular Testing Purpose Requesting contract for procurement of reagents and supplies for microbiological, immunological, histology, and molecular testing for the period of a base plus four-year procurement. Scope Agreement to include Media, testing kits, reagents, and supplies. Attachment A for complete kit descriptions and quantities. Location Reagents and supplies to be used by the Immunology (1B-406), Molecular Diagnostics (1B-424), and Microbiology (1B-400) testing areas at VA North Texas HCS, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216. Period of Performance Requested period is a base plus four-year contract.
