Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Sam Rayburn Memorial VA Medical Center (Bonham VAMC), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to for the Installation and Replacement of Boiler Burners and Controls, to include the catwalks for all Boilers and Water Softener pre-treatment for boilers at the Bonham Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West., Amarillo, Texas 79106. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to (1) Install Burners & Burner Controls meeting all current NFPA requirements; (2) Catwalk for All Boilers, and (3) Water Softener pre-treatment for the boilers to meet increased demand, current standards and be standardized throughout the hospital. Work includes general construction, plumbing, and related work for build back. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 236220, $45M.
