Information Only Pre Solicitation Notice: The Amarillo Veterans Health Care System, Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to Install a Chiller for USP 797 in building 28 at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, Amarillo, TX 79106. The project includes but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct a N+1 Stand-alone chiller processing unit for the USP 797 and USP 800 Pharmacy Buffer rooms. This will tie into the new Air Handler Unit located in the mechanical room. This renovation will be done in accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, thermal and moisture protection, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Also included in the work will be installing a new roof curb, the installation of the new chiller, the new electrical work, and other work as shown on the drawings and specifications. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 236220, $45.0M. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: Between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
