PROJECT OVERVIEW PURPOSE: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is looking to hire a contractor to renovate for a new Cardiac Catheterization Lab at the Amarillo VA s Building 1 on the 4th floor located in Amarillo, Texas 79106, per the plans and specifications. Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 504-20-121 Renovate for a New Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR, CO, and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. The location of this project is Building 1 on the 4th Floor at the Amarillo VA Health Care Facility located in Amarillo, Texas 79106 The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Per FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Dollars.
