Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center (Amarillo VAMC), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to Upgrade Medical Gas System in Bldg. 1, 28 and 29 and to upgrade the bulk oxygen storage system at the Amarillo Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West., Amarillo, Texas 79106. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to upgrade bulk oxygen storage system to increase capacity for the campus to meet increased demand and upgrade the medical gas distribution and alarm system to meet current standards and be standardized throughout the hospital. Work includes general construction, plumbing, and related work for build back. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility.
