A total of (5) exhaust fans are to be replaced, (3) exhaust fans on Building 11 and (2) exhaust fans on Building 96. Kerrville VA Medical Center, 3600 Memorial Blvd / Buildings 11 & 96 / Kerrville, Texas 78028 The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated solicitation issue date of August 22nd, 2023, and a projected bid due date of September 23rd, 2023. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed to demo, replace, and install A total of (5) exhaust fans are to be replaced, (3) exhaust fans on Building 11 and (2) exhaust fans on Building 96 as required by drawings and specifications and all necessary testing and commissioning are required in the project. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 180 days or less from the Notice to Proceed date to be completed.
