Presolicitation Notice Page 4 of 4 Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 4 The Kerrville VA Medical Center currently has a requirement for the demolition, disposal, and renovation of the Basement Mechanical Room of Building 11. 36C25723B0045 The contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, transportation, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to complete demolition, disposal, and renovation of the basement mechanical room of building 11. All necessary testing and commissioning is required. Services will be performed at the Kerrville VA Medical Center at 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028, Building 11. Network Contracting Office 17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract. The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Period of Performance: The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 130 calendar days or less after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). NAICS & Size Standard: The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. Construction Magnitude: The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
