PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SUBJECT: 36C257-23-AP-1486 Replace Condensate Line BLDG 171 / Temple, Texas VA Project GENERAL INFORMATION Contracting Officer Address: NCO17 Temple 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Building 171, Temple, TX 76504 Solicitation Number / AP Number: 36C257-23-AP-1486 Closing Response Date/Time/Zone: February 21, 2023 Achieve: 60 Days After Response Date Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Product Service Code: Y1DA Construction of Hospitals and Infirmaries NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Place of Performance: CTVHC VA Hospital / 1901 Veterans Memorial BLVD / Building 171 / Temple, Texas 76504 Tentative Project Need Date: May 1, 2023 DESCRIPTION Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to Replace Condensate Line BLDG 171 Temple VA Hospital / 1901 Veterans Memorial BLVD / Temple, Texas 76504 The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated solicitation issue date of February 21st, 2023, and a projected bid due date of March 24th, 2023. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed to Replace Condensate Line building 171. Services will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Temple at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504 at Buildings171. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. This is a TURNKEY PROJECT. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 120 days or less from the Notice to Proceed date to be completed. Contractor will contact VA COR or Alternative COR 72 hours prior to start of the work.
