One for the location of the new bollards and a second map showing the location of the current EMT piping that enters the building into the mechanical room. Can both of these maps be sent over to us so we can better understand the SOW. Answer: At this time, no additional maps or drawings are being given for this requirement. Additional maps or specifications will be provided after award of contract, prior to construction beginning.

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice A Request for Quote posted on or about March 01, 2023. 36C25723B0031 | Waco Bldg. 4 Main Entry Lighting Repairs The VA Central Texas Healthcare System has a requirement for construction services to demo existing lighting system and installation of a new LED lighting system for the main patient entry walkway of Building 4. Work will be done at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Doris Miller Medical Center, Bldg. 4 located at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, TX 76711. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a final walk-through with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. Offerors are urged and expected to attend the scheduled site visit, where the work will be performed to become acquainted with existing site conditions and requirements for this project. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The Magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
