Address: Olin E Teague Veteran s Medical Center / 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive / Building 204 / Temple, Texas 76504 The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated solicitation issue date of January 24th , 2023, and a projected bid due date of February 13th, 2023. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed to demo, replace, and install two VA Provided dock levelers, upgrade handrails, repair trash compactor stand, and upgrade dock stair to non-slip at building 204. Services will be performed at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Temple at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504 at Buildings 204. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. This is a TURNKEY PROJECT. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The period of performance (POP), for this service shall be 60 days or less from the Notice to Proceed date to be completed.
