This is a Presolicitation Notice A Request for Quote posted on or about February 6, 2023. Waco Spill Containment and Awning Installation 36C25723B0027 The VA Central Texas Healthcare System has a requirement for construction services to pour a spill containment center with awning covering. Work will be done at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Doris Miller Medical Center, building 4 located at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, TX 76711 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment needed for construction services to trench a 25' linear with 6" retaining wall for spill containment area outside of Building 4 and installation of an awning to cover the grease trap spill containment. The awning will be 5' x 16' metal top with 1:12 pitch and trimming/gutters to match existing surroundings. After all work is completed, the contractor will have a walkthrough with the VA COR or Alternative COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirements herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Offerors are urged and expected to attend the scheduled site visit, where the work will be performed to become acquainted with existing site conditions and requirements for this project. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $19.0M. Magnitude of Construction Project: Less than $25,000.00.
