The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTXVHCS) currently has a requirement for a Tap Box Slab Repair and Replacement for Building 4, at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center. 36C25723B0026 The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment needed for the services to demo existing Tap Box Slab and install a new precast Tap Box slab. Services will be performed at the Doris Miller VA Medical Center in Waco, at 4800 Veterans Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76711 at Building 4. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. Network Contracting Office 17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Construction contract. The anticipated method of procurement shall be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 14 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated solicitation issue date of January 18, 2023, and a projected bid due date of February 1, 2023. NAICS & Size Standard: The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210-Electrical Contractors and other Wiring Installation Contractor with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. Construction Magnitude: The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
