Project 504-23-102 - Replace Repair Campus Floors Amarillo VAHCS 36C25723B0002 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to replace and / or repair several square feet of campus flooring at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center, located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, Texas 79106. This project will replace and / or repair several floors throughout the campus at the Thomas E. Creek VA Medical Center. The project will be done in accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Michael Walls. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
