Scope The contractor will provide the following products and services under this proposal: 1) 2 Station Bathroom Trailer Calypso Series - 3 Season Package (Brand Name or Equal). 2) Delivery of the trailer to Amarillo VAMC. 3) Standard Toilets: 2 4) Urinals: 1 5) Mirror: 1 or more. 6) Soap / Hand towel dispenser: 1 or more 7) Sinks: 2 8) Fresh Water Tank (Gallons): 150 or more. 9) Water Heat: Electric. 10) Smarter Restroom Apps: Recommended 11) Mechanical Room: Yes. 12) Curb Weight (lbs): Cannot exceed 4880. 13) GVWR: Cannot exceed 7740 14) A/C Unit type (BTU): 13.5 or better. 15) A/C Unit count: 1 or more. 16) Water Supply: City Water Pressurized Water system Garden Hose. 17) Motion Sensor Step Lights: Yes, if available. 18) Warranty: Minimum 1 year manufacture on the trailer, 1 3 warranty on individual appliances.
