This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25722Q1175 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08. This solicitation is issued as Unrestricted, with the associated NAICS Code of 811219, which has a small business size standard of $22M. This requirement is for providing a Service Warranty for Roche Stainers (Base plus Four Option Year), within the Central Texas VA Health Care System (CTVHCS), 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr, Temple, TX 76504. The anticipated Period of Performance for this service is 10/15/2022 10/14/2027. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
